Remove carpet and lay floor boards in 90m2 apartment.

We recently moved into our apartment and had the carpet pulled up to reveal the timber flooring (the first owner laid carpet on top of the timber). This has resulted in little nail holes/marks and some glue around the apartment - not a massive deal, but also would like it fixed up a bit. We also have a toddler, so not expecting perfection - just wanting help to make the marks not so obvious.

Design office library samples to be relocated to new office. Samples consist of small stone, tile, carpet samples and design books and folders. To be packed in old office in Kingston (see photos below) and transported to Deakin. Don't require un-packing at Deakin. Kingston office has lift to level 1 and Deakin office is ground floor so no stairs. Hi, I have a two bedroom apartment which requires all the carpets, curtains, and blinds to be removed and disposed of. For full disclosure the apartment has been occupied by a smoker and as such these items are smoke soiled. I understand the place has been cleaned professionally, however there's an obvious lingering smell & you may prefer to wear a mask during the job. There are two bedrooms, a hallway, and a living/dining room all carpeted. In total around 85sqm of carpet to be removed including any underlays or tacking to the concrete slab below. There's no furniture or other items in the way except for two little ikea shelves in the living room which I'm hoping to remove. Patching the slab won't be necessary. The other items to remove are two sets of curtains in the living room, and a set of blinds in each bedroom. I don't mind if you remove the whole rail or just the fabric itself, whatever's fastest & I can tidy up after. As far as timing goes, getting you access would be easiest on the weekend, but I can work something out if it needs to be during the week. Cheers.
