i have. timber floor that needs timber replaced. it about 1000m but allow 1400mm between joists. need two of the boards replaced. supply and install new timber boards as well as punching nails in to replaced boards. no sanding required but must be level with other boards. approximately 65mm wide. hardwood floor. also install architrave which i will provide.

We need to make improve our offife floor which we ripped up the carpet and floorboards. The exposed concrete needs to be fixed with a grind and polish. Size is approx 92m2 and photos are attached for reference.
