Need 80sqm of new parquet hardwood flooring sanded and stained in Newport. No photos as job hasn’t started yet.

Looking to sand and polish my apartments floorboards by the 5th April. Want 3 coats of polish with a matte finish that is a lighter colour to the current floorboards.
