Requiring someone to lay floorboards in area around 2m squared. Joist is already built. Floorboards have been sourced. Would like them stitched into the surrounding area. Some floorboards also need to be trimmed to fit the space.

Extended living room install new timber floor (10sm)

I've bought the hybrid floor boards from bunnings for 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has been installed but may need to be fixed up as there are small gaps. Installation of the Scotia trim as well. I have the floor install kit. Portion of hallway as well (please see attached floor plan for ref)

I require someone to remove polish and lightly sand and repolish jarrah parquetry floor in one room of approx 19.5 square metres. This was recently done by an amateur and the floor has been left too rough (sanding was not finished with fine grain) and polish is subsequently uneven. Otherwise, floor is in good condition and requires no nails/holes filled

Most of the floor has already been sanded. Just beed the sanding around the edge. And polishing of 90 sqm. Put all yhe nails back into the wooden floor and fill them up. We will provide sander and the polyurethane for polish​ing.
