My mother in law dropped coffee in our rug but we didn’t realise it stained the floor below which is laminated and I think we made it worse. We need a professional to come and have a look and do their best to make it less noticble

Remove carpet from Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Hallway and Living Room. Total approx 35m2 carpet. Dispose of carpet. Build trapdoor to access under the house in Bedroom 2 and Dining Room. Patch small hole in bathroom ceiling. Patch small hole in wall made from front door lock. Reattach kitchen cabinet door with hinges (you may need to buy the correct ones if mine do not fit). Remove old grout in kitchen under splashback, lay new grout/silicon. Reattach fallen tile to wall. New hinges for bathroom cabinet as rusted. Fill wall cracks. Must dispose of all rubbish and clean up. Must bring own tools, ladder, materials (plaster, grout) etc.
