Banners are approximately 2m x 1m (horizontal). They will need to be taken down and returned to us in Pymble 2 weeks later. We have a few install dates: • 3 x banners to be installed 27th Feb, taken down 13th March. • 6 x banners installed 25th March, taken down 8th April • 2 x banners installed 29th March, taken down 12th April • 3 x banner installed 15th April, taken down 29th April Job $ is negotiable.

Need to remove old flooring and install new floating floors

We need two of our hybrid flooring boards removed & replaced with ones elsewhere in house.

Remove old skirting and replace with new skirting and power points. Around office 48m2 perimeter approximately 30m in length.

We sanded and restored our timber floors (60 square meters, blue gum) and used an oil based finish (osmo raw) to seal. There's some white residue that we'd like to have removed. We tried a methylated spirit (Diggers wax and grease remover) which has worked great. I'm sure pro's use something better and stronger to get the job done quicker. Ideally with a rotary cleaner? Location is Newport 2106. Thanks!

Need section of carpet to be replaced due to hair dye staining it. Only happened yesterday.

A small section of the plasterboard behind the skirting board was damaged by water in the past (see red circle). I think the task will involve taking down the skirting board, remove and replace the damaged gyprock, and then glue the skirting board back on. The damaged gyprock is hard to see because it’s hiding behind the skirting board but I estimate the size to be roughly 35cm X 12cm. If you could also help us to paint that side of the wall at additional charge, it’s even better. There are unpainted patches and water marks on the wall from previous issue and repair. The wall is about 170cm wide and 250cm tall (see photo). Feel free to make an offer just for the gyprock repair.

Changes to floor plan needs someone to repair and lay laminate floor boards and skirting in area about 2.3x1m. Skirting and laminate boards are provided. Any edging strips will need to be supplied. There is also a second area in front of a bathroom door that also needs to be repaired.

Hi, we’re looking for someone to help us finish the flooring on our small apartment balcony in Roseville. The balcony is 3m x 1.5m, and we’ve already laid most of the Decko composite tiles. There are a few gaps around the edges that need to be filled with tiles cut to fit, following the existing alternating pattern. What’s Involved: 1. Measure the gaps around the edges of the balcony. 2. Cut the Decko composite tiles (we’ll provide the tiles). 3. Fit and install the cut tiles neatly for a polished finish. Additional Info: • It’s a small job for an apartment balcony. • We have a garage with a PowerPoint you can use for cutting the tiles. • You’ll need to bring your own tools (e.g., a jigsaw or similar cutting tools suitable for composite material).
