Looking for someone to install hybrid flooring at my townhouse. I have included photos of the layout of the townhouse - essentially it will be the two bedrooms and hallway, and living area and kitchen (no steps). The carpet and tiles have been ripped up and disposed of already. The flooring has been purchased from luxfeel - the air hybrid flooring range and is currently onsite. Qualified flooring tradesperson required to install vinyl planking to room under stairs. Room is a ‘U’ shape with first section (all measurements approximate) measuring 2750mm x 1050mm, next section measuring 1200mmx950mm and last section measuring 1750mmx1070mm Vinyl planks I assume are standard size which is approx. 1520mmx227mm. I have 17 planks in total. Concrete flooring will need a bit of a scrape and a small amount of remediation. There are a couple of areas (see photos)of indentation in the floor with reasonable size chips/gashes that would require some sort of infill to smooth it out and level off. I have taken one photo to show where the new vinyl floor will join the existing vinyl floor in the house. Plank orientation is to run left to right, rather than up and down (if that makes sense). Overall although job is for flooring under the stairs we want a good, neat, even job as the area will be on display and will not be hidden from view. I am not interested in a rushed job and I hope I have priced the job appropriately. People inexperienced with laying vinyl please do not apply.

Hi I need someone to relay hybrid flooring on the ground floor of my house. I laid them myself 2 years ago and want them redone by someone who has experience with working with this material and can do them properly. Area of flooring to be re-laid is approximately: 60-70 sqm Tasks include 1) Removal of skirting boards and reinstallation when complete 2) Relaying of existing flooring to remove gaps in the flooring (see attached pictures for an example)- will have additional boards on hand for breakage or if new boards need to be cut. 3) Cutting and finish of edging around stacker door (ill provide the material- just require the skill to install them) 4) edging where tiles meet the hybrid flooring and any other spots where flooring meets tiles (e.g bathrooms/ laundry) Will be around to help move furniture and the like if needed. Hi, I have a few spots on our carpet that need to be repaired or replaced.

Removing carpet from apartment and a small area of tile. Wanting the whole apartment (approx. 44 square metres) to be laminate timber flooring.
