Marble wall sand down and polish, I believe the marks on there is from the air fryer, and it’s stained the marble. If you have a better idea of removing let me know but I heard it needs a sand down and polish. Theres a few other jobs, I need to take out some tiles and get it replaced. Cement slabs in the entry of house and back. Based on the photos if you have an idea of how to rid what’s on the tile it won’t need removal .

Pretty straight forward. Pulled the carpets up now we need to lay a hybrid timber board floor. Kitchen, living, dining, hallway done! We have all the boards, underlay etc. Again just need that pro finished. We have allowed for 40 sqrs

The affected area has already had some water removed with an industrial vacuum, but some water has set in and the carpet edging is nailed into place along the skirting boards. Tasks include: • Assisting with further water extraction (if needed). • Setting up and managing drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.). • Monitoring moisture levels to ensure proper drying. You’ll need to bring your own equipment or advise on hiring recommendations. Experience with flood restoration or carpet drying is preferred. I have 3x bedrooms that require skirting board installation and a small upstairs landing area prior to painting commencing next week (floor skirtings only). The rooms are relatively small and just looking at a standard primed boards (see attached pics and floor layout showing 3 bedrooms and landing area).
