We are looking for a small team of installers to subcontract work to under a construction company. One floor per week to be achieved, approx 450sqm. This includes moving out furniture fixed and floating. Removal and disposal of old carpet and underlay. Laying new underlay and carpet, reinstalling fixed and floating furniture. We have bedroom approx 4 x3 that is currently carpeted. There is concrete underneath. A peek under the carpet indicates he floor is flat but has paint splatters. We are happy to rip up the carpet but looking for someone to grind and seal the concrete surface (not polish). The room has a built in wardrobe. Kennards hire does loan out concrete sanders and sealant products. We don’t have a vehicle to transfer the machine to our house or the time to perform the job ourself.
