Install 52m2 of 8mm hybrid flooring. Levelling, lifting and re-installing skirting boards to be included in your quotation. Material will be supplied for you to install. No scotia - work will include cut around kitchen cabinetry (kick boards have been lifted for the install). Current subfloor is concrete slab.

Some of the carpet area burnt due to a melted heater. If someone can cut that part and replace with the new one?
