Carpet burn from heater on dark coloured carpet approximately 60cm x 10cm. Some is only discoloured so perhaps can be cleaned with stain removal but some needs replacing. Carpet in closet available to replace with.

I've found the flooring to be squeaky, followed up with the manufacturer. How much experience do you have with hybrid floating flooring? If you have a lot, after a quote to have a look, see if there's something obviously wrong in the flooring laid thus far & also on laying the flooring If you do not have a lot, quote on laying flooring only

Carpet moths have eaten carpet at bottom of wardrobe. That piece needs to be cut out . It is 1000cms by 750 cms . I have a replacement piece of carpet to lay in its place . That piece will need to be cut to fit. I don’t have the carpet nails to use but would pay for any materials used in the job separately provided there was a receipt .

Install 7 transition strips total. Strips are between wood floor and carpet (4), wood floor and tile (2), wood floor and concrete (1). One strip is between the kitchen tiles and wood floor in the living area and is approx 4m wide. Looking for a quote that includes materials. Happy to organise a viewing to measure etc. Photos show floor plan and yellow is where the transition strips are needed.
