Currently, I have a bare kitchen floor in Baltic pine after ripping up the 5 layers of lino on top so it's in pretty good condition, but will need: - prepping. Nails need to be punched down slightly, filled with Pine filler (I have bought - no silicone, sanding friendly) and the gaps between the planks filled (no more gaps, timber floor, no silicone - have bought), - sanded down - sealed - BONUS: concrete part will need to be filled with mortar or concrete if possible Please let me know if you need more photos or details to give me a quote - thank you!
