We have an upstairs room that is currently plywood floor, I have two rolls of vinyl ready to be laid, there are columns to work and cut the vinyl around, door way ends require double sided tape, the sides around the room require trimming to the skirting, this won’t be a permanent install but is required to be neat. 4860x6230mm is the total room area.

We just need to reattach an old skirting board as well as the quarter round back to the underlying masonry after salt damp treatment. We’ll sort out painting and detailing (since it’s an old house the top of the skirting board is all caulked up to seal it to the brick) unless you’re willing to do that too!
