Silliconing between tiles and skirting boards of our new home.

I require an end of lease carpet clean and flea treatment. I require a proper receipt that shows both carpet clean and flea treatment. There is carpet in 3x upstairs bedrooms and on the stairs themselves. Pet hair on carpet.

Install simple white skirt boards in three bedrooms

Attend the site at 10am. Remove carpet in lounge area cut into smaller sections, roll up, place at back door. Remove smooth edge (the timber strips will nails in them) and put in bin. Remove underlay roll and put outside. Scrape underlay off floorboards. Tools are onsite, knife, hammer, pinch bar, scraper The floor will be polished so care needs to be taken not to damage the boards The section in the picture took 2 hrs to complete. The remaining section is almost 2x that so it should be possible to do it in 4 hrs

Skirting to be reapplied back. About 30 metres approximately New flooring was installed so skirting was removed and labeled to be replaced back once job is finished.

Bottom floor townhouse all cleared old flooring is removed open area except a kitchen bench fixed against the wall will need to put down new underlay - Due date: Before Saturday, 20 January 2024

Hello, I'm looking at getting a quote to remove and replace carpet in my lounge room. I live in Yokine. the dimensions of the lounge are 4.71m x 3.48m I'm looking for a comfy underlay with easy low pile carpet something on the darker side so less likely to see spills but not too dark where dust can be seen on the carpet as I can be slack to vacuum at times haha My mum has carpet like the attached photo just to help with something similar to would be ok with darker carpet as long as dust wasn't going to be a problem to see thank you Kind Regards, James - Due date: Flexible

I've gutted a small robe room (2.1m x 1.5m) ready for new cabinets. When removing the carpet I've found the floor to be all over the shop. Looking for someone to quote me on grind and apply a self leveling type compound, ready for cabinets and carpet relay. Trying to decide if the effort of doing it myself is worthwhile.
