I have a Ford AU wagon in my carport and I lost the key so I replaced the ignition barrel and have new keys, however the immobiliser has been triggered and I need a mechanic who has dealt with this issue before to get the car started for me. The new keys did not come with a chip so I would prefer to just be able to disengage the immobiliser completely as opposed to having to program the key to sync with the car, (if that is possible). Headlights in Ford Territory have been flickering since driving on bumpy track, finally just stopped working altogether. High beams still work, globes have been replaced and apparently it’s not the fuse so I need this fixed as I need to drive tonight. Help!
