Fridge-freezer is no longer cold. Freezer is defrosted completely and fridge is barely cold at all. The light still comes on in both. Need someone to have a look and see if they can fix it!

The pantry has 1 power also l need to move the little freezer inside the pantry. Need to make 3 - 5 hole into the shelves to get the extension and turn on the freezer.

Our fridge/freezer has been struggling to keep things cold as of late

Hisense fridge/freezer. Freezer cool but not freezing properly. I’ve turned it on and off for 24hrs no signs of water leakage. Behind the fridge is clean and intact. Fridge is only 6 or 7 years old. Fridge portion still in good working use.

Our freezer is frozen up and we don't know why this is happening we need someone who knows about freezers who can fix the issue. handyman required to look at the freezer and help

Our fridge-freezer is not keeping the contents frozen anymore. There is no ice build up that would block the vent- it has all defrosted. It is still cold but not cold enough, only the freezer part is affected. The fridge still works normally.
