My Samsung SRS528DSIS fridge/freezer is not cooling or freezing now This same problem has occurred before and with Samsungs assaitance I was able to fix the problem by powering off the fridge, then resetting, then pressing power cool & power freeze at the same time, this fixed the problem. I have tried this process this time and waited a number of hours upto 24 hours and still the temps are staying at 30 degrees on the fridge and 25 degrees on the freezer, which hasnt adjusted down at all.
