Rehan did a professional job of moving the 2 fridges. That said, I am deducting one star, because he accepted the job knowing that he had hurt his back so we would have to wait a couple of days before he could do the work (which is fine, but I believe he should have communicated) and then asked for an increase in the agreed fee, suggesting i hadnt mentioned stairs, which I had. He complained a bit that the fridge was heavy, despite the fact that I had given all the dimensions and model. So great execution, not so good communication but I would use him again, but would confirm everything up front more clearly.
