We ordered a new fridge but the delivery team will not help bringing it up to second floor via the ramp and a few steps. Need help with heavy lifters to come with the ramp and 2-3 people to move the fridge up to second floor.

All flat and direct flat access into both garages I loaded this myself with a helper but can't do now due to back issue, and unloaded myself. There's an upright trolley to use.
