I have a Samsung fridge/freezer combo that is about 5 years old and the fridge part is not cooling enough even at its highest cooling setting. As a result, food and products like milk goes off much earlier than its "Use by" date. Ice was building up at the back panel. so I've cleaned it and defrosted it about a week ago, but that made no difference even though i have not noticed any ice build up since it was defrosted. The freezer is working fine. I got a fridge thermometer and according to that, the temperature in the fridge is always between 17 and 18 degrees. The thermometer is accurate because for the freezer it is always showing between -18 and -20 degrees. The date is flexible, but obviously, the sooner, the better. UPDATE: So i turned off the fridge completely for a couple of days and emptied and cleaned the tray at the back of the fridge (which was full of water) and then turned the fridge back on. The temperature at the medium setting was perfect between 2-5 degrees for a few days and now it has jumped up again. Not as bad as it was originally, but its between 9 and 12 degrees now so clearly something is still not right with it. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 8 April 2023

Hi my samsung fridge is model model rs20brvg5/xsa Its a double door fridge freezer, and i had to turn the fridge off as the beeping sound that usually happens when you leave the door open , continues to beep every minute now. Doors definately arent open it couod be circuit problem or cooling problem, i dont know how much you want to fix it but i live in hurstville and need it done as soon as possible.
