I have westinghouse fridge the freezer section is working completely fine but refrigerator not doing any cooling anyone who can repair

Fridge model Panasonic inverter. Fridger door not closing propery so hearing water dripping noise and feeling cold outside on the floor too

On 23/12, Samsung fridge/freezer started making a loud noise and then when it was opened, the noise would stop and there was like a fan/motor loudly winding down. I found out it could be the evaporator fan, so I turned off the fridge for a day to defrost the back panels. It was working fine (no noise) for 10 days, till tonight (4/1/24). I just want it assessed to see if it's worth fixing it or if I'm better off getting a new fridge. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024
