Vintec V155SGES3 The wine fridge does not cool down. When it is first turned on, it runs few cycles of a fan starting for 20 seconds, then stopping for 40 seconds (display lights stay on the whole time). After a while, the fan stays on. There are two fans at the back of the fridge - the top one does not work but the bottom one does. It seems to be only blowing room temperature air though. Also after a while, the ambient temperature display changes from the temperature reading to an 'F2' error display.
