Hi, I need a quote to replace my car’s fuel pump. I have a 2009 Prado 150 Series 4.0L V6. I traveled from Sydney to Perth and refueled in Norseman, but my car wouldn’t start, despite running normally while crossing the Nullarbor. I was towed to a mechanic in Norseman who confirmed there was no fuel pressure. I was then towed to Perth. Once in Perth, I removed the back seats and carpet. After disconnecting the fuel line, I found it was completely blocked. I managed to clear the blockage using compressed air and also replaced the fuel filter, but the car still won’t start. Could you please provide a quote for replacing the fuel pump?

I replaced the fuel pump a while ago and everything was working fine. Then all of a sudden it stopped working again. I’m not sure if its a wire that’s come loose but need pulling out and having a look to diagnose. Fuel pump is brand new so won’t be that. Power is going to the pump but isn’t priming when ignition is turned on. Checked all fuses but never know could of missed one.Car is a 2005 Toyota Hilux aluminium tray.
