I need you to collect a sit to stand desk and an office chair (both still in boxes) from Barton (ground floor). They need to be taken to Griffith (top floor, no lift) and assembled. The sit-to-stand desk includes cable integration system. I also need you to disassemble a dining table and move it downstairs (no lift) to my storage room. I will need to provide the Barton address.

This was put together by removalists wo did not know what they were doing. There are lots of spare screws and some screws have been put in the wrong way around. Instructions and all pieces are here but I need someone who knows what they're doing.

One is a king and one is a queen - these are typical design, no pistons or storage features. For this you can quote fixed priced, or an hourly rate. I am happy with either but I imagine an hourly rate works out fairer as you don't know how easy/hard these are to do yet. It is possible for 1 person to do it, but 2 might find it easier.
