The Granny Flat / Studio is already built in Pakenham. We're looking for someone who could carefully disassemble it and reassemble it. We could organise the transportation from Pakenham to Endeavour Hills after it has been disassembled. You will need some electrical knowledge as the granny flat already has electrics installed and we want that unchanged. You will not need to disconnect electrics from the house where it is installed as the current owner would do this.

Ikea furniture needs to be disassembled so it can be loaded onto big 8 tonne truck. It doesn’t need complete disassembly, just so that it can be conveniently loaded onto truck.
