Broken recliner cable repair/ replacement

I have a merman miller office chair that needs repair, the bottom vertical section has come loose and is sticking too far below and scraping along the ground. The arm rest on the left side is also losing its foam and ideally ought to be replaced.

We have 6 of these chairs and 3 of them need repair Two is the backing wood has come away so needs to be glued / sealed The other the woven material has come undone. Can either put a cushion or replace the same rattan material.

Weather affected cane hanging chair in need of restoration. Seat to be replaced. All thin cane ties to be replaced. Polished. Not too bothered about the colour but would just like it to usable again.
