So I've got a small balcony and have some synthetic turf in a box that is 5x2 metres. I need it cut up and stuck down with 3m tape potentially creatively so it fits around the balcony. I lease the place so it needs to be removable. I'm looking for someone with great attention to detail I Airbnb the place so needs to look really nice. Also on top of the split system I'd love to get a strip as it is quite stained. Green in the text shows what I'm thinking in terms of placement around the perimeter, including around the foundations of the bottom of the fence/railing that would look really cool. Balcony itself is 3.7x1.8metres There's also a couple of smaller handyman jobs around the place: there's a chair that is broken that I think needs a good drilling and should be recoverable, couple wonky tables as well that need looked at to see if anything can be done, that won't take much time at all. Turf has arrived so Sunday or Monday I need it done (17th and 18th of Nov) they are both viable options, Sunday preference. Please let me know how you would make the grass project work, that will be helpful for me to know.

Hello! I have a set of wooden dining chairs, three of which have sustained some damage. One is splitting at the centre of the back rest, which the other two are splitting at the main backrest support slats, with one having detached entirely. Looking to fix them up as best as possible! Thanks!

I have a pretty high-quality office chair, only purchased a few years ago. Unfortunately I just can't get the back rest to stay locked upright. When I lean back it gives way. I've had a few attempts at fixing, and a few friends have taken a look, but no luck. This may seem like a silly request but please come and fix the chair! :) If you are handy with these things then please get in contact. My cupboard (converted wardrobe) has collapsed and needs screwing back together and re-enforcing with extra timber pieces.
