Hello! I have a set of wooden dining chairs, three of which have sustained some damage. One is splitting at the centre of the back rest, which the other two are splitting at the main backrest support slats, with one having detached entirely. Looking to fix them up as best as possible! Thanks!

I have a pretty high-quality office chair, only purchased a few years ago. Unfortunately I just can't get the back rest to stay locked upright. When I lean back it gives way. I've had a few attempts at fixing, and a few friends have taken a look, but no luck. This may seem like a silly request but please come and fix the chair! :) If you are handy with these things then please get in contact. My cupboard (converted wardrobe) has collapsed and needs screwing back together and re-enforcing with extra timber pieces. Once repaired, I would also like it bracketed to my brick wall for stability. There are two very large glass sliding mirrors on the front. The whole thing is very heavy (and wonky) and I am working and unable to assist as I’m working so I think it is a two person job.
