Loose chair legs need repair: - take apart - sand (might to moderate sand to tidy up, not looking for perfect) - rejoin legs so base is tight/secure (glue and dowel etc.) Previous owner used nails in the joints to attempt to tighten and didn't work.

Recliner mechanism needs repair/replacement (spring loaded pull out cable recliner release). Also needs footrest pad (wooden back) needs to be re-fixed to metal frame.
