We have three Hampton style wooden chairs that are a bit weather beaten. They need sanding and painting. We have the paint, and the sandpaper for hand sanding. If you have an electric sander that would be faster. We’d like all three completed in one session.

We need someone to install a carpet as permanent chair mats. The job including getting a dark grey carpet (2 x 1.5 m) and install it with a silver frame. See attached the example of what we currently have - we are looking to do the same thing for the other room. The budget is including the carpet. I have just purchased a new hanging chair for our cottage. Although pretty handy myself need; I'm looking for some to help hang it up properly and securely for safety reasons / not to damage our roof. First photo of product and second of what it should look like.

I purchased this Banker Antique Swivel chair from a Vintage Shop. It looks great but old and within a week I had a terrible bad back. The chair swivel is not stable at all. The chairs moves from side to side and the slips when you swivel. Anyway it need to be much firmer to be a practical chair for a study and home office. I don’t know if the current parts can be fixed. Most likely not but I would be happy to replace the ergonomic parts with something new. The chair can look part old and let new. It’s a bit of a project that would require someone with good tools on hand or take it a way to tinker with it. I would pay more for good parts and pay more a great experience. It’s a job that you could do some of the review over video to determine if you could get it repaired or the parts replaced.
