Garage door with remote is not working but can open manually

Five year old Steelline sectional garage door needs a service. Installed five years ago and needs a good lube and check of fasteners etc. Starting to grab a little and stop occassionally but no problems.

I reversed my car into the garage door. It is now noticeably out of whack on two panels and one rail. Before I contact the manufacturer, I’m wondering if someone might have expertise in fixing such a problem.

Automatic garage door opener has stopped working. Unit still has power and and makes a sound like the chain has slipped off the rotator mechanism when it tries to function.

Anticipate the tasker will have to visit the site and measure up and inspect the jobs. Then go to Bunnings (5min away) purchase a door for the garage with hinges and fasteners (approx. $90) plus screws to reattach the bannister (approx. $30-$35). The door must be appropriate for a door going from the interior to the exterior of the garage. The doorway may be a non standard height (1920mm). So if an exact fitting door in the price range can't be found, the top and bottom of the door may need to be trimmed to match the appropriate location of the hinges, before the door is fitted and reattached. The bannister out the back has come loose from the post at one end so appropriate fasteners will be needed to reattach it and make the bannister safe and sturdy again. The job will include $400 for labour and contingencies. Making a total of $525. The aim is to complete the job on the day.

Pulley cable on my automatic garage door has come off. The loop has broken on one side of the pulley.

I am needing a dent in my garage door to be fixed. The dent was caused by a tow bar backing into the door, causing a dint. The garage door is quite old, manual, with chipped paint all over. As such, I am just wanting the dint to be repaired
