Hi need this fixed today please.. our garage door hasn't been running very smooth recently and had a bit of a funny noise when closing down. For the past few weeks when it got closed it got stuck half way like for half a second then do a small sudden drop and then closed off to the ground. This morning it got stuck half way and not coming down. Its a pretty new garage door, only about 2 years old.

Hi, I have two issues to be addressed. 1. The Garage door: it operates well but when the shutter goes up, it doesn’t stop rolling unless I manually turn off the switch and the same happens when it comes down. 2. Wooden door : the door closes all the way through. Slight misalignment at the end while locking. Hence not able to lock the door. The door should be realigned to close completely and lock it. The door handle should be fixed.
