Replaced broken springs, however cannot get residential garage door working again

I have merlin professional quiet drive 850 model for the garage door which is opening fine but its not closing when the button is pressed from the remote. If I keep the button pressed the shutter would come down. It's steel shutter and a double garage door.

Looking for someone to help us unlock our garage door. We have recently moved into the house and we were never given a key for it. I have attached photos

Garage door is working. Motor moves the door but at a certain point it reverses itself and goes back to the starting point. Could also do with a general service.

A garage door collapsed and,needs to be fixed soon.

Need assistance to fix my sectional garage door. Located in Ormond / McKinnon. As per photos you can see the chain currently hangs down as it has snapped. Also the circular metal pulley wheel (see photo) that is used to keep the part of the metal rope in position has snapped. Motor still works fine though as do the other mechanical parts. Looking for the most competitive price that can do the job.

Roller door bit clunky at end range when unrolled. Occasionally jams and then rolls itself back up. Most of the time fine. Probably needs a service.
