Looking for a builder or quality handy man that can reconnect my chain drive post at the wall Recent storms wet the original brace and it had been weakening since the storm previous The builder will remove the gyprock and secure a new length of hardwood then firmly reattach the chain drive post back onto the wall The Tasker should have some experience with motorized garage doors - so it operates perfectly. Doesn't have to repaint. But perhaps a little gyprock to finish back original. We'll see if it's required. if you don't think this job is in your wheel house - please don't apply. I have a B&D Controll-A-Door P opener, model: LM800-433BD with a wall unit (Lock, Light). No remote control. The door can only be opened by hand. Need to fix it with a remote contorl (bought 2, but can't get any to work).

Motor is working but chain is not engaging. There was a clank before seems shaft is broken. Tilt/Double garage door. Need garage door motor/shaft replacement.

I am getting my house ready for sale and need my garage door painted, bathroom ceilings painted and some holes filled and painted. Also the balcony needs patching up and any discolouration painted over. I have some paint for bathroom ceilings and walls but not for the garage or the balcony. I am happy to pay for that of course. You would need to bring your own equipment. I need it all completed by the 8th of January.
