Hi, I have a B&D Garage Door installed. I need help to set up the camera that comes with it and track it on my phone. These weren’t set up at the time of installation as internet wasn’t available.

Have a roller garage door with Boss RD11 motor. It stopped working recently and not opening or closing the door. Can see the motor running but the door is hardly moving.

I’m in a rental and I’ve gained permission to remove a garage door so that my vehicle can fit in the garage. I’d like to have the garage door removed and stored (on my property), so that it can be reinstalled at a later date. I guess that’s the key, I want the door removed without damaging it. The door is a manual roller door. Around 2-3 meters wide. I’d also like a quote to build a non load bearing wall to split my garage in two. I’d like the wall material to be plywood so I can attach things to it. The material of the frame doesn’t matter to me. Again, the wall should be built in a way it could be removed upon vacating the property. I’ve attached some images to show the approx measurements of the space the wall(s) need to be built in.
