Need to Supply and Replace with a new Napoleon Garage Opener Drive Belt.

The wire broke for original eyebeam sensor for Chamberline garage door opener. I have replacement sensors which need to be installed.

When I press the button, the garage door's pull rod moves slightly, attempting to pull the door, but it seems unable to move it, then it stops again after 1-2 seconds. The cable at the side of the garage door came off the roller so my husband has loosened the rollers on either side and the pretension spring has unwound so the cables are now free though the spring needs to be retentioned and the two rollers tightened back in place.
