We need a pannel replaced in our garage door as it has a hole in it.

We need a single meross wifi remote control door manager installed to two garage doors in a single garage. You will be installing/mounting the receiver; neatly installing the cabling to the motors and installing new reed sensors to the doors to detect closure. We will configure and commission the device once you have completed the physical installation.

I have converted my garage into another room by putting sliding doors in. I now need to remove my old garage door. It is a double garage door with 4 x panels. The trickiest part will be removing the tension springs. You will need to have a set of the winder bars to safely detension the spring. I’m more than happy to be a spare set of hands.

Track on garage motor is not looping to lift garage door.

Remove and replace 2 garage roller doors

Key broke off in the garage sliding door. Looking for someone to retrieve the piece that is stuck inside and support with finding a replacement key in preparation for end of lease.

Old garage door panel and structures need to be uninstalled, removed and disposed

The cable at the side of the garage door came off the roller so my husband has loosened the rollers on either side and the pretension spring has unwound so the cables are now free though the spring needs to be retentioned and the two rollers tightened back in place.

Garage door won’t open. Lights don’t seem to be on when pressing button on motor. May be an issue with motor

Need the torsion put back into the spring, the cables on both sides replaced and spooled back onto the spindles. The central bolt from the arm and chain drive put back in, then just a calibration. Everything has been well used and operational, is wired up and good to go. Photos supplied.

Garage door doesn’t close all the way on one side and leaves a gap

I bought a house and the old garage door doesn’t open all the way looks like a cable snapped it’s very old and has to 2 big springs each side of the door

Garage door keeps jumping and now won't close at all. The roller sags down lower on one side.
