Hi need this fixed today please.. our garage door hasn't been running very smooth recently and had a bit of a funny noise when closing down. For the past few weeks when it got closed it got stuck half way like for half a second then do a small sudden drop and then closed off to the ground. This morning it got stuck half way and not coming down. Its a pretty new garage door, only about 2 years old.
