Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.
Explained the process well and approach to modify the garage door lock catch. Initial site visit and subsequent work was quick
