I need some yard work done on a property in Charnwood. Property is about 900 square meters. The grass was previously overgrown. It was then mowed over a month back. The overgrown cuttings formed a mat. The yard has overgrown again. Also, there are shrubs, pants and tiny trees that need to be removed. Hedges at the front of the property at the entrance to be trimmed. What needs to be done: Inspect the property first to understand the scope of the work. Then put in your offer amount. Completely remove ALL shrubs, plants and trees from the sides and back of the house. Trim the hedges at the front of the house to 2 meters height, as well its sides. I have about 5-6 plants that need digging up and taken to green waste. 2 are not too big and should be relatively straightforward (although they have been here a while so will be well established). The other 3-4 have all grown in to each other and will be trickier to remove. Together the clump is approx 1.5m in diameter. It’s tricky to capture in a photo, but I have circled the large clump and the other 2 are behind it.
