I need help from someone looking to rip out 7 garden plants and remove rubbish

I have over grown plants that need pulling out by the roots and removed. Area is about 1x4 meters. Once removed I need the soil raked over so it’s ready for us to plant new ones in at some time.

Have about 1 meter by 4 meters of over grown plants along the flower bed that I would like pulled out and removed with the roots. And then the dirt raked so ready for new plants to go in when we are ready.
