We have this area at the back of our warehouse that we haven’t touched in years, but given that we are moving out they would like it in similar condition to when we moved in (picture attached). Not gonna lie it’s not pretty, I think the roots have started growing under the synthetic grass making it tricky to walk on, but it’s a small area.
