General ongoing garden maintenance

We have a very large timber decking around a pool. We'd like to repair the decking, and also remodel some of the pool surround, removing the deck, and replacing it with garden beds. You would need to come onsite for further information. In summary, where BBQ is, replace with the a garden bed with trees. Also rework the area around the palm tree. Remove decking and replace with plantings. Similarly, where the citrus trees are, remove some decking and extend the garden bed. We want to reduce the amount of decking.

Around 30 - mostly small - plants all up. Around 20 of them need to go into hard clay soil with compost, which isn't that easy. I have the tools to make this happen but my back won't let me do it!
