Make a step up section 1 sleeper high, around planter box seat. Level and infill with road base. Make another 1 sleeper section. Level with slight drainage angle and make a concrete a path under the clothes line and place step stones in concrete. Clean up and remove all waste. Most/majority of materials are already here but I will need a few more sleepers, step stones.

I need a strong person to dig out a very large plant and divide the roots ready for transplanting. The plant is on another property. Someone on Facebook Marketplace advertised it free but I can't dig it out. I would need to liaise with the advertiser once I know I have someone to dig it out and what days and times that person is available.
Fantastic worker. Did a great job. It proved to be a much bigger task than either he or I anticipated and I suggested he quit after struggling for a couple of hours and I would still pay the fee, but he persisted and finished the task. I ended up with a lovely lot of lomandra cuttings. I wish I could afford a bigger tip.

Get rid of garden cuttings. Small pile out the front, larger pile out the back. Back pile will need to be brought out the front. Easy access via under house. You wont get a chipper under the house. It will have to be manually brought to the front of the house.
