Find an experienced garden planting specialist in Northcote

Need someone with a mini bobcat or other appropriate machinery to help me lift an established grass tree in to a planter. The tree is in a 200L bag and needs to be placed in its entirety in the hole with all the soil from the bag. Would guess between the tree itself and the bag, probably weighs around 200kg? I can provide myself and another person to help move it in to position. Located literally right next to front driveway so access is easy and not an issue. Bonus if machinery that can help dig out the hole in the planter before (I can do this by hand if not).

I have 2 clumps of agapanthus bulb plants that need removing before a new fence is installed. The bulbs need to be dug out so they don't grow back. I estimate that the job will take one person about 2 hours. I will dispose of the bulbs.

The job is in two parts front yard and back. Front yard - very small single fronted. I need all of the plants cut back, weeds and grass removed and the branches from two largish trees cut back. Will only be a few branches that are facing the house. Back yard - small paved backyard keen for all of the weeds to be removed/killed permanently if possible, and two stumps from dead trees removed and a plant growing off the side of my Japanese maple also removed (I'm happy to replant it or if it needs to be killed thats fine too).
