Find an experienced garden planting specialist in QLD

I’ve bought few plants recently which I want to repot them in to bigger pots. I’m looking for, 1) Advise size of pots, types of potting mix, and fertiliser I’ll need for each type of plant. 2) Help me transfer them into bigger pots once I buy supplies. Ideally would prefer someone to visit and have a look at the plants in person and give recommendations on things I’ll need to buy. And then need help with repotting. I’ll get all the supplies from bunnings. PS: I intend to keep these plants in an apartment balcony for a year or two. Please see attached picture for various plants I’ve got. Looking for a plant PROFESSIONAL. My rubber leaf plant is dropping leaves. It still has new growth however up the top and down the bottom but it is dropping leaves and looking bare. The gardening centre told me only to water it once a month which is all I have done however have upped this with the heat to twice a month. I only purchased the plant 6 months ago but it looks like it may already need re-potting. Please quote for price to diagnose the plants issue and also to repot the plant.
