Just need a a good clean up of our rental property front garden, back garden, nature strip. All garden waste needs to be taken away. Front garden (size of front garden 5mts x 4mts)- mow front lawn. trim small climbing plant on brick and remove from where meets the eves and roof. Hedge trim climber so it’s had a good haircut. You will need a ladder. Clean up and trim all small plants in front garden and along driveway fence ornamental olive trees. Trim any branches or plants hanging over from neighbours side fence. Trim the main tree in front garden as seen in the photo. You will need a ladder and an extension hedging trimmer tool or small chainsaw. Trim the top of the tree so it’s flat on top the same as photo. And trim small branches so it’s neat and you can sit under tree. Trim all the way round the tree so it’s smaller in diameter. The tree is very overgrown so this is the hardest part of the job. Please only reply if you have the tools to do job. Extension hardheaded trimmer/chain saw and A frame ladder. Mow nature strip 2 x 5 mts and trim small ornamental olive trees on fence and lavender. Rear garden ( 4mts x 4mts) - trim climbing hedge on back wall and side wall. Remove climber from eves and trim so it’s level with the top bricks. Trim climber around window and door. So it looks like it does in photo. Hedge trim the whole climber so it’s had a good haircut. Trim and clean up lemon tree and small plants in pots on deck. Mow smal grass area 4mts x 3mts. All mowing must be catched and taken away. All trimming of plant must be taking away too. Green bin can be filled Job can be done anytime so Let me know your availability and I’ll u know if it suits the tenants. Thanks

We have a rental inspection on the 13th Jan and need these garden beds tidied up and trees along the drive trimmed back, a plant blocking our gas meter removed out the front of the house and down the side of the house out the back cleared and all the ivy removed as it’s taking over the hot water service!
