Court yard has about 6 Geisha Girls that need a good trim and rubbished removed. There may be a couple of other ‘plants’ that can be reduced in size, but I don’t know their names.

Backyard and front yard maitenance

I need my garden weeded and tidied up in preparation for a rental inspection. The weeding includes pulling up lots of little ones that have sprung up between bricks and the rubble pathway, and getting rid of the weeds in the small patch of grass (approx 1.5x3m). There will be some new tanbark to put down too, though that shouldn’t be a difficult job, plus some general raking and disposing of debris. My guess is 2 hours will be needed for the job. I have a medium sized dog. She may be present while you work, but she’s very friendly and shouldn’t be too intrusive. The most she will do is drop the ball at your feet or maybe try to help you dig. All dog poo will be picked up before the job.
