We need the front and back of our rental property tidied up for the end of our lease. It is a bit overgrown - and just needs a tidy. There are garden beds lining the house in the front and back and then the back has a corner garden bed that used to be a veggie garden. These will need to be whipper snipped & tidied up. The lawns will need mowing. The lawn in the back is small but has ticker grass, the lawn in the front is larger but has thin patchy grass that is quicker to mow through. *Please note - the photos I have included are the most recent photos I have of the yard but may slightly differ from the current state of the garden as we have moved out of the property already. Howver, these photos are accurate to the current state of the yard - it's mainly the back garden bed that is the most overgrown - the other garden beds lining the house have mulch and are much easier to tidy up. The front yard is much easier to tidy even though it is larger - the grass and weeds are not as heavy as in the smaller back yard. I need someone to mow the two nature strips in front of our house (we are on a corner block) and the small backyard. The native garden in the front yard also needs some weed removal — no cutting back of any plants, just weeding. Happy to pay for a set time limit for these requirements on top of the mowing, such as two hours of weed removal and garden tidying. The job is basically just weeding of an area that will have been sprayed a couple of weeks before. Weeds need to be dug or pulled so roots aren't left behind. There is a green waste bin. There are 3 citrus trees that need a prune but this isnt urgent. The job will likely take a full day and we're happy if you do that in 2 half or one whole day ie 8 hours.
