We’ve tackled the weeds on the front yard once this year but they’re quite persistent. I also get a bit of rubbish blowing into nooks and crannies. Needs a good tidy up. Inspection due outside needs a tidy. Weed and garden tidy up

1st 3 photos are of front yard. I'm putting the house up for sale, so need a garden makeover. Weeding, putting in some new plants (thought maybe 10x Kangaroo Paws across the front, plus maybe relocating 15 Agave from backyard to front yard), and mulching. Maybe also trim some trees/shrubs. The last 2 photos are of the backyard. Similarly, weeding (not many weeds in backyard), trim the bottoms of some of the trees (eg weeping willow to open it up a bit more), and mulching. So some of these clusters of Agave will end up in the front yard. In terms of mulch, and 50mm thick I've ordered 7m3 to be delivered, which needs to be spread. Probably close to being 4m3 in front and 3m3 in backyard (wheelbarrow access). So i need a quote for labour (10hrs estimated), and removal of all green waste. Must have ABN.
