I have a large plant/tree (potentially a ficus?) that is in a pot that seems to have clogged up in terms of drainage. The plant has been waterlogged for a long time. Remove leaves from the front courtyard and basic weeding maximum of 1/2 hour. The rear courtyard( a green waste bin full in complex) and the balcony to the courtyard needs a good hose down/clean maximum of 1.5 hours.
