Hi we were renting out our house for a few years and only recently returned to live here, over this time the garden became a bit overgrown and requires maintenance. There will be tree branch cutting, hedge trimming, edging, some weeding, and we would need all green waste removed. The trees are mostly scragly natives (up to about roof high - no huge gum trees or anyting). The yard is on a corner block and has retaining wall all the way around, low from Patricks Road, high from Leslie street side, please see pictures attached. The person/s would have to be comfortable with using tools on a ladder and will require their own tools (chainsaw, hedge trimmer, edger/whipper snipper etc as well as appropriate transport e.i Ute or similar vehicle for green waste removal. Depending on how many people would be assigned to this job I assume the work would take 3-5 hours, as we would need to cut the trees and shrubs a fair bit so there may be quite a bit of green waste.
