Maintenance including de weeding, clearing foliage and maintaining veggie patch. Hedges can be done, if you wish. I do mowing/line trimming. We have 875m2 block with construction in 250m2. There is a lawn at front and on one side. Backside has a veggie patch (~ 25m2). Block has hedge (lilly pilly) at back ( 1.75 m tall) and half the length on one side (2.25m tall). There is a jasmine hedge on the other side (2m tall). Front lawn is lined by flowering plants (no hedge as such). We have one poinciana tree and it sheds pods and leaf stems, which need clearing.
