Lawn and garden require regular maintenance at office building in Bowen Hills. Must have cylinder mower for lawn. Weeding, mulch when necessary, spraying, edges etc etc. Every two weeks in summer, less in winter. Lawn must be done with cylinder mower. Garden is part of office presentation so must be completed at a high level. Prefer someone who understand necessary sprays to use on lawn and plants. Expecting to be 3 hours per visit.

I have a small garden area outside my townhouse that needs to be tidied up and replanted.
